Product Description
To achieve maximum complexity, this Chardonnay is a blend of four different vineyards, in four different barrels, from four different coopers each adding elements of fruit, texture, aromatics, and “verve”.
Barrel-fermented aging gives this wine layer upon layer of rich, creamy tones which remind some folks of poached pears, tangerine, and toffee.
This wine is much richer than our other white wines, but I promise it still keeps the balance and grace which is our trademark.
